None of my 32 bit apps will run. This seems to be an uncommon problem - many people seem to be able to run Steam. I found a solution that seems to work. Some servers require you to login with a Steam Account. To find out if your server requires a login see Dedicated Servers List.
Note: For security reasons, it is recommended that you create a new Steam username just for SteamCMD.
